Freddy Forster served up a tasty French omelette with tomatoes and bacon in a omelette masterclass on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 3 medium or large eggs, 3tbsp double cream, 1tsp vegetable oil, 20g unsalted butter, Salt and pepper.
Suggestions for the filling (optional): 100g button mushrooms, sauteed, 2tbsp ham, diced, 2tbsp cheddar cheese, grated, ¼ red pepper, deseeded, diced and sauteed, 1 slice of smoked salmon, torn into trips, Handful of kale, sauteed.
To serve: 20g unsalted butter, melted.
