Tom Kerridge served up tasty crispy fried chicken burger with gherkins on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, 200g natural yoghurt, 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika, 200g plain flour, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, Sunflower oil, to shallow-fry, Salt and White pepper.
For the sauce: 6 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp American mustard and 1 tsp Sriracha sauce.
To assemble: 4 burger buns, 12 little gem lettuce leaves and 24 pickled cucumber burger gherkins.
