James Martin served up tasty pan fried salmon with orzo pasta, clams, tomato sauce and star anise on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 salmon fillets, 500g clams, splash of white wine, 200g orzo, 25g olive oil, salt and pepper, 1 shallot, peeled and diced, 1 red chilli, diced, 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed, 3 star anise, 1 small bunch of basil, chopped and 2 x 400g tinned tomatoes.
