Rick Stein serves up steamed wolf fish with pak choi, and sesame oil on Saturday Kitchen.

The simple ingredients are: spring onions, ginger, wolffish, baby pak choi, dark soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.

Rick says: “Make sure you don’t over cook the fish. It should be steamed for 5 minutes and no more.”
