John Whaite served up a delicious orange and lemon self-saucing pudding recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 175g Stork, plus extra for greasing, 2 large oranges, zested and juiced, 250g light brown muscovado sugar, 2 large free-range eggs, 100ml whole milk, 50g orange juice (from the oranges above), 150g lemon curd and 300g self-raising flour.
For the sauce: 300g lemon curd, 175ml boiling water, 50g light brown muscovado sugar and Juice of 1 orange (from above).
To serve: Fresh cream.
