Suzanne Mulholland (The Batch Lady), served up a tasty winter warming minced beef hotpot on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil, 1 cup of frozen chopped onion, 2 tsp frozen chopped garlic, 500g minced beef, 1 cup of frozen chopped carrots, 1 cup of frozen peas, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp dried rosemary, 1 bay leaf, 2 tbsp plain flour, 3 cups of beef stock (use 2 stock cubes), 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 2-3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced.
