Si and Dave’s cranachan rice pudding with whiskey and blueberries recipes on The Hairy Bilkers Go Local

Simon King and Dave Myers served up a delicious cranachan rice pudding with whiskey and blueberries on The Hairy Bilkers Go Local.

The ingredients for the rice pudding are: 200g pudding rice or short grain rice, 50g caster sugar, 1.25 litres full-fat milk, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp whisky (or more to taste) and salt.

For the oat topping: 25g honey, 35g maple syrup, 25g butter, 1 tbsp whisky, 60g porridge oats and salt.

For the blueberries: 300g blueberries and 1 tbsp caster sugar.
