Georgina Hayden served up tasty slow cooked stove-top caramelised carrots with honey and orange juice for the festive season on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 3 tbsp olive oil, 6 carrots, peeled, cut into quarters lengthwise and then halved, 2 tsp honey, ½ orange, juice only, few thyme sprigs, salt and freshly ground black pepper and finely chopped fresh flatleaf parsley, to garnish.
