Monica Galetti smoked haddock palusami with cavolo nero and sourdough bread recipe on Mary Berry’s Ultimate Christmas

Monica Galetti served up a tasty traditional Samoan smoked haddock palusami with cavolo nero and sourdough bread on Mary Berry’s Ultimate Christmas.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling, 1 onion, chopped, 1 garlic clove, grated or chopped, 1 tsp curry powder, 300g cavolo nero, stems removed and leaves chopped, 700ml full-fat coconut milk, 150g smoked haddock, salt and freshly ground black pepper and sourdough bread, cut into thick slices, to serve.
