John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious festive Strudel Rolls with Brandy Cream on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: Strudel inspired rolls, 75g butter, melted, 6 slices of white bread, crusts removed, 60g marzipan, 180g mincemeat, 3 tbsp light Brown sugar and Icing sugar, to dust.
For the brandy cream: 1 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 250ml double cream and Splash of brandy, to taste.
