James Martin served up a delicious instant gateau with macarons, strawberries and Cointreau on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 x sponge flan, Splash of Cointreau, 300g large strawberries, 600ml double cream and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste.

To decorate: Macarons, Mint sprigs and Spun sugar.
