Phil Vickery served up tasty ham hocks with mashed potatoes showstopper for the festive season on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 brined ham hocks, 2 carrots, 2 sticks celery, ½ leek, 2 onions, 2 tsp peppercorns, 4 bay leaves and 1 head garlic.
For the glaze: 300g light brown sugar, 1 330ml can of ginger beer, 100ml lemon juice, 200ml clementine juice, 1 tsp ground clove and 1 level tsp English mustard powder.
