Asan makes salt fish baps to his mother’s recipe for the Notting Hill carnival in London on Hairy Bikers Best of British.

Asan says: “Salt fish is a very important part of Caribbean food. It can be served at breakfast, for lunch or dinner.”

His salt fish dish contains a variety of brightly coloured vegetables that bring a bit of sunshine to his kitchen in London.
