John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious apple and cranberry bread and butter pudding for the festive season on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 6 thick slices of white bread (leave crusts on two sides), Butter, for spreading, Cranberry sauce, for spreading, 1 tin apples slices , 1 tin apple pie filling, 200 ml double cream , 100g creme fraiche, 100 ml full fat milk , 3 eggs, 75g caster sugar, 50g soft brown sugar , 50g Icing Sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
To serve: Vanilla ice cream, and Clotted cream.
