James Martin served up delicious Brioche Baked Pears on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 whole egg, 100g milk, 250g white bread flour, 25g sugar, 5g salt, 25g yeast, 25g butter, 4 poached pears and 1 tin of pears, drained.
For the sugar stock syrup: 50g caster sugar and 50ml water.
