Annabel Karmel served up tasty mini pizza faces that kids would enjoy on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 320g ready rolled puff pastry, 100g passata, 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed, 2tbsp sun-dried tomato paste, 150g cherry tomatoes, sliced, 2tbsp basil, chopped and 75g mozzarella cheese, grated.
To decorate are: 100g of each green and black pitted olives, so you can use them for the centre of the eyes, 75g Cheddar cheese, sliced, cut into small circles for eyes, 50g cherry tomatoes, halved, so you use them for the noses, 1 red pepper, cut into strips, so you can use them for the mouths and ½ courgette, spiralised or cut into thin strips, so you can use it for the hair.
