James Strawbridge served up tasty venison sausage roll with cranberry sauce on Strawbridge over the Drawbridge.
The ingredients are: 1 tsp vegetable oil, 2 shallots, finely chopped, 400g venison mince, 40g breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp cranberry sauce, 1 tsp finely chopped thyme, 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary, pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper, 500g readymade puff pastry, plain flour, for dusting, pinch cinnamon and 1 free-range egg, beaten.
