Nigella Lawson breaks all the rules for making pasta and serves up a peas and pancetta pasta risottata dish.
Nigella says: “My Italian friends tell me this way of cooking pasta is all the rage in Italy right now. This is the perfect thing to make when you’re tired and your children are tired – eating it is like being wrapped in a warm cosy blanket.”
The ingredients are orzo pasta, pancetta cubes, garlic oil, frozen petits pois, unsalted butter, and Parmesan.
