Dean Edwards served up tasty slow cooker hoisin and garlic chicken noodles on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 500g boneless chicken thighs, 1 onion, peeled and sliced, 2tbsp hoisin sauce, 2tbsp kecap manis, 1tsp garlic paste, 1tsp chiu chow chilli oil, 1 chicken stock pot, 4 egg noodle nests, cooked according to the packet instructions, Chives for garnish and Sesame seeds for garnish.
To serve: 1tsp chiu chow chilli oil.
