Miguel Barclay served up a tasty leftover chicken fried rice with chilli oil on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 tsp sesame oil, ½ onion, diced, 1 clove garlic, sliced, pinch chilli flakes, handful shredded chicken, 150g cooked and cooled rice, 1 egg, 1 spring onion, chopped, 1-2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp crispy chilli oil, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
