Nadiya Hussain served up tasty lamb ribs with a pineapple, chilli and coriander marinade, together with paprika sweetcorn riblets on Nadiya’s Everyday Baking.
The ingredients are: 227g tin pineapple in juice, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 6 green chillies, roughly chopped, 4 garlic cloves, peeled, large handful fresh coriander, 1kg 4oz lamb ribs and 1 tbsp vegetable oil, for roasting.
For the corn riblets: 4 large corn on the cob, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, for roasting, large pinch salt and 2 tbsp paprika.
