Saturday Kitchen dug into the archives to produce one of Rick Stein’s easy to make fish dishes, Pan Fried Gurnard Fillets with white wine and rouille sauce.
Rick says: “Gurnard is a very under rated fish. It is very tasty. meaty and pound for pound is much better value than most fish on sale today.”
Rouille is a sauce that mainly consists of olive oil with breadcrumbs, garlic, saffron and chili peppers that is used in many fish recipes.
