Nisha Katona served up a tasty meatball madras curry with red peppers coriander and rice on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 100ml vegetable oil, 2 onions, roughly chopped, 2 thumb-sized pieces fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 6 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 small red peppers chopped, 1 tsp of dried fenugreek leaf , 3 tbsp garam masala, ¼ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 400g canned chopped tomatoes, 80g baby spinach leaves, cooked rice, to serve, 1 handful fresh coriander/cilantro, leaves and stems chopped, to garnish.
For the meatballs: 500g lean minced, ground lamb, 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tsp salt and Handful of coriander stalks, finely chopped.
