John Whaite served up a tasty one-pot creamy chicken and ravioli pasta on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 2tsp oil, 250g chicken thigh fillets, in small dice, 1 onion, peeled and chopped, 1 celery stick, finely sliced, 500ml chicken stock, 470g jar white sauce (John uses Dolmio), 100g frozen peas, 250g ravioli (John uses spinach and ricotta), Small handful fresh parsley, finely chopped, Fine sea salt and Ground white pepper.
