Jane Baxter served up tasty fine killer spaghetti (Spaghettini all’assassina) on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 200g spaghettini, 200g passata, 1 tbsp red pepper paste (or tomato puree), 50ml olive oil, plus extra to drizzle, garlic cloves, crushed, 2 red chillies, finely chopped, 2 tsp dried chilli flakes, 10 cherry tomatoes (optional) and salt and freshly ground black pepper.
