Mary Berry showcased her delicious salted caramel fudge cake on The One Show.
The ingredients are: 225g baking spread, from the fridge, 175g caster sugar, 55g light muscovado sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 225g self-raising flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp milk, 1 x 379g tin Carnation caramel and ½ tsp fine sea salt.
For the fudge and icing: 250g butter, very soft, 250g icing sugar, ½ tsp fine sea salt and 115g salted caramel fudge, chopped into small pieces.
