Jeremy Pang served up tasty Soy Chicken Burrito on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 15 Chicken Thighs, skinless and boneless, sliced into sheets, 1/2 Cucumber, finely sliced and 8 Large Tortilla Wraps (10 inches).
For the marinade: 2 tbsp “The Ginger Oil” , 1 tbsp Soy Bean Sauce, 3 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Maple Syrup and 2 tsp Pure Sesame Oil.
For the ginger oil : 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 Ginger, Thumb-sized, finely chopped, 6 Spring Onions, Finely Chopped and -4 tbsp Vegetable Oil.
For the fresh chilli sauce : 1/2 Ginger, Thumb-sized, finely chopped, 4 cloves Garlic, finely chopped, 10 Large Red Chillies, finely chopped, 6 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar and 1 tsp Pure Sesame Oil.
For the rice: 1 cup Thai Fragrant Jasmine Rice, 3 Garlic gloves, smashed & lightly fried in a wok until golden brown, 1 cup Chicken stock, 1 pinch Salt and Sugar.
