Jeremy Pang served up tasty BBQ Chicken Wings with Spicy Slaw on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.
The ingredients for the slaw are: 1/3 red cabbage, finely sliced, ½ red onion, finely sliced, 2-3 carrots, grated, Handful coriander leaves, picked, 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, ½ lemon Juiced, 1 tsp sugar, Pinch salt and pepper.
For the chicken wings marinade/rub: 1 tbsp light brown sugar, 1 tbsp sea salt, 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp black pepper and 6 tbsp Plum Sauce.
For the BBQ Glaze: 1 ½ tbsp Chinese Five-Spice Sauce (Chu Hou), 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar and 1 tbsp sugar.
