Nisha Katona served up a tasty one tray summer roast lamb with hazelnut rice and Greek yoghurt on This Morning.
The ingredients for the lamb rub are: 1 large shoulder of lamb, Drizzle olive oil, 2 tbsp natural yoghurt, 1 tbsp salt, 5 cloves garlic pureed , 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder , 2 tbsp cumin powder and 1 tbsp fennel seeds – lightly pounded is optional.
For the rice: 3 builders mugs of white basmati rice, 6 builders mugs of water , 1 tsp salt, Drizzle olive oil , 1 builders mug hazelnuts, 12 soft dried prunes or one full tin of prunes with the juice poured in, 1 tsp cumin powder , 1 heaped tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder and 3 tbsp tomato puree.
