Jeremy Pang served up a delicious plum steamed pudding on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 6 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce, 3 ripe plums – halved, 150g baking spread- plus extra for greasing, 150g golden caster sugar, 3 medium eggs – beaten,l Zest and juice of 1 orange, 150g self raising flour, 1 tsp five spice powder and 6 whole star anise.
