Phil Vickery served up delicious blueberry finger diggles with creme fraiche using his mum’s recipe on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g fresh blueberries, 225g self raising flour, 85g margarine, 85g caster sugar, 1 medium egg, beaten, 200 ml crème fraiche, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2-3 tbsp icing sugar and finely grated zest and juice from 1 small lemon.
