Phil Vickery served up a tasty one-pot spam with rice, peas, broad beans and courgettes on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 small onions, very finely chopped, 200g long grain rice, 1 x 200g can Spam, finely chopped, About 400ml boiling water (or double the volume of water to rice), 2 x chicken Oxo cubes, crushed, 200g frozen peas, 200g frozen broad beans, 2 medium courgettes, diced , *Salt taste and lots of pepper , 1 tbsp cold cubed salted butter.
