Jeremy Pang served up tasty sesame prawn toast with sweet hoisin sauce and a sesame soy, lemon and coriander dressing on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 20 large prawns, peeled and deveined, ½ stick of stale French baguette, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 spring onion, finely chopped, ½ bunch of coriander, finely chopped and 2 teaspoons sesame seeds.
To finish: Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon cornflour.
To serve: sweet hoisin sauce and a sesame soy, lemon and coriander dressing.
