Clodagh Mckenna served up a delicious no-bake strawberry shortbread cheesecake with strawberry puree on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 200g shortbread biscuits, 200g digestive biscuits, 100g butter, 300ml double cream, 340g cream cheese, juice of 2 lemons, 150g caster sugar and 100g strawberries, cut into pieces.
For the strawberry puree: 255g strawberries and 30g caster sugar .
