Jeremy Pang served up tasty Korean BBQ beef (Rib-eye steak, short rib steak, flank steak) with banchan (Korean side dishes) on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.

The ingredients include: Ribeye steak, short rib steak, flank steak, cucumber, spring onions, bean sprouts and courgette

For the steak marinade: spring onions, grated pear, ginger, garlic, salt, black pepper, light sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds.

For the BBQ sauce: gochugang chilli paste, honey soy bean sauce, premium light soy, sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds.

For the banchan chilli dressing: Korean chilli flakes, sugar, garlic, spring onion, seasoned rice vinegar and sesame oil.
