Jeremy Pang served up tasty vegan pad Thai and Son-In-Law eggs on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.
The ingredients include: Tofu, spring onion, red pepper, Chinese chives, bean sprouts, palm sugar granules, tamarind, light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, rice noodles.
For the sauce: garlic, chilli peppers,palm sugar granules, tamarind, light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and chilli garlic sauce.
To serve: lime, crushed toasted peanuts.
For the son-in-law eggs: soft boiled eggs, oil for deep frying, sauce(as above), fresh coriander, shallots and chopped fresh chillies to serve.
