Sabrina Ghayour served up a Persian feast of spiced lamb kefta meatballs, smoked aubergines with garlic (mirza ghasemi), Persian cucumber and yoghurt dip on Saturday Kitchen.
Sabrina says: “Try the Persian version of lamb koftas with spice, pine nuts and currants. Ideal for sharing as part of a mezze meal. Try the cucumber, herb and garlic dip as a side dish or as part of a mezze-style meal. Try the soft roasted aubergine in tomato and garlic sauce, with eggs cooked into it at the last minute. Ideal for making as part of a mezze meal.”
