Jeremy Pang served up atasty 10 minute stir-fry with lamb, cumin, Sichuan peppercorns and red onions on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 300g lamb rump steak,leg or neck, cut into 3cm cubes, handful of coriander, ½ red onion, finely sliced, 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger,peeled and finely chopped, 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped and vegetable oil.
For the marinade: ½ teaspoon ground cumin, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Shaoxing rice wine(swapsies: dry sherry), ½ teaspoon sugar and 1 tablespoon cornflour.
For the spices: 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns, 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional) and pinch of sea salt flakes.
