The ingredients are: 5 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, for frying, 1.5 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp salt, 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 4 tbsp ketchup , 2 medium brown onions, 600g diced, boneless chicken thighs, 4 cloves minced garlic, 5 tsp kaskmiri chilli powder and a small sweet potatoes.
