John Whaite served up a delicious doughnut bread and butter pudding on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 5 jam doughnuts, 5 custard doughnuts, 125g caster sugar, ½ tsp fine salt, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, 2 large eggs, 1tbsp vanilla bean paste, 300g whole milk, 300g double cream and Icing sugar, to dust.
