James Martin served up a delicious summer berries pavlova with white chocolate and raspberry puree on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the meringue are: 5 egg whites, 250g sugar, 1 tsp cornflour and 1 tsp white wine vinegar.
For the filling: 400ml double cream, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 100ml raspberry puree, 100g white chocolate melted, 600g mixed berries and Optional 300g caster sugar.
