James Martin served up a tasty tomato and curd cheese tart with mustard on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 500g tomatoes, sliced, 300g all butter puff pastry, 3 tsp grain mustard, Few sprigs of thyme, 1 egg yolk and 25g butter.
To serve: 200g Curd cheese, crumbled and Dressed mixed salad leaves.
