Rick Stein cooks two dishes on today’s Saturday Kitchen. He serves up devilled mackerel with mint tomato salad followed by squid with French green beans salad.
The ingredients for the mackerel dish are: 2 Mackerel, 40 gr Butter, 1 stp Castersugar, 1 tsp English mustard powder, 1 tsp Cayenne pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp Ground coriander,2 tbsp Red wine vinegar,1 tsp Freshly ground pepper, 2 tsp salt, 150 gr Vine tomatoes, 1 Small onion, 1 tbsp mint and 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
