James Martin served up a delicious Steamed Sponge Pudding with Golden Syrup, Sea Salt and Clotted Cream on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g butter, softened, 200g caster sugar, 4 eggs, 200g sr flour, 1 tbs vanilla bean paste and 150ml golden syrup.

To serve: Clotted cream and White sea salt.
