Phil Vickery served up chocolate pudding with canned pears and ice cream for a delicious Mother’s Day dessert on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 400g can pears, drained and sliced, 4 egg whites, at room temperature, separated, Pinch of cream of tartar, 150g caster sugar , 4 egg yolks, 1 tbsp sifted cocoa powder, plus extra to serve, 2 tbsp sifted corn flour and 100g dark chocolate, melted.
To serve: Cream or ice cream and Icing sugar, for dusting.
