James Martin served up tasty pork chops with hazelnut butter and spring greens in on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 large pork chops and 1 tsp sea salt.
For the hazelnut Butter: 100g roasted hazelnuts, chopped, 150g butter, softened, 1 apple, grated and Few sage leaves, chopped.
For the greens: Few spring green centre leaves, Few sage leaves and Veg oil for frying.
