James Martin served up delicious chocolate fondants with Tea leaves and clotted cream on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 125g dark chocolate, 125g butter, 1 tsp tea leaves, 4 eggs, 100g caster sugar and 60g plain flour.

To line the moulds: 15g butter and 1 tbsp cocoa powder.

To serve: Cocoa powder to dust and Clotted cream.
