Daniel Galmiche served up tasty croute of wild mushrooms on toast and a red fruit clafoutis on Simply Raymond Blanc.
The ingredients for the mushrooms include: Shallots, wild mushrooms, butter, flour, white wine, salt, pepper, creme fraiche, chervil and chives.
To serve: pan fried toasted bread with garlic.
