Joe Wicks (The Body coach) served up a tasty Sausage with Fennel, Broccoli and Wholemeal Pasta on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 head of broccoli, reduce into small florets, 300g wholemeal fusilli pasta, 2 tbsp gentle olive oil, 1 bulb of fennel, thinly sliced, 400g high-quality pork sausages, casings eliminated, 2 cloves of garlic, crushed, ½ tsp chilli flakes, Juice of ½ lemon, Salt, to style, 25g parmesan cheese, finely grated, to serve.
