Kwoklyn Wan summer rolls with vermicelli noodles and sea bass recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Kwoklyn Wan served up tasty summer rolls with vermicelli noodles, sea bass and a chilli vinegar dip on today’s episode of Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients for the chilli vinegar dip: 60ml rice vinegar, 3tbsp caster sugar, Pinch of salt and 2 Thai red chillies, finely chopped.
